Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped in the order received. Most orders are shipped 1-3 business days from the order date. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.

We offer flat rate shipping options at checkout along with free shipping on orders to:
We ship all international orders DDP (delivered duty paid) and collect taxes and duties at checkout. You should not have to pay any fees after checkout to receive your package.
Please check with your local post office or carrier ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!
Blushing Brunette is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks. If these fees are not paid in this time the parcel will be abandoned. Subsequent fees may be applied to any refund if eligible. Blushing Brunette is not responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order.

Shipping Insurance
You have the option to insure your package in the event of damage or loss. Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged items. Replacement items will be sent. In the event a replacement item cannot be sent an emailed gift card at the same value will be sent to the customer.
To file a claim, please contact our support team at help@shopblushingbrunette.com to notify them and if necessary file a case with the shipping carrier.
Blushing Brunette is not responsible for:
- Delays with UPS, USPS or any other carrier.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. (The carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages).
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
We only offer local pickup at our flagship store. Select Local Pickup at checkout and then be on the lookout for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup! We have most orders ready the same day but that isn't always the case. It may take 24-48 hours to prepare or move your order.
